Do you ship to Ukraine?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Ukraine at the moment. This is because our shipping partners DPD, DHL and UPS have suspended all shipments there.
Do you ship to Russia or Belarus?
As a direct response to this crisis, Quantum Courage has decided to join our industry’s sanction in pausing all shipments to Russia and Belarus for the time being. As much as we want to serve our communities there as usual, we feel the need to take this direct action to express our disapproval of the war.
What is QC's stance on the current situation?
Quantum Courage stands against war in any form and condemns the decision to invade Ukraine. Our thoughts and actions taken are in favor of those affected.
Payments
Quantum Courage accepts payments through most major credit cards and payment providers, including PayPal.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund or cancel your invoice. Please note, we’re unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.
We're unable to offer price adjustments or price matching on items purchased at full price, that later go on sale.
Shipping
We ship to Europe from our warehouse in The Netherlands.See all shipping times and costs below.
DPD Standard Home delivery: 2-4 business days. VAT is included in in all product prices.
Returns
All returns have to be shipped back to us or returned in store within 14 days of delivery. This applies for full-priced and sale pieces. All pieces must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Worn pieces will not be accepted for return. Shoes must be tried on a carpet surface until you have decided to keep them, and returned with the shoe box included. When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage. Returns must be sent back using our complimentary pre-paid return slip that comes with the order. If you choose to use another shipping provider, you will have to cover the return shipping cost yourself. We will refund your return within 14 business days of receiving it at the warehouse, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order. Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded. We don’t accept returns or claims of Quantum Courage pieces bought from other retailers or second hand sites.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.
Claims
If you think your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to info@quantumcourage.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.
